Talent or Hard Work? Thoughts with Dan Pink

I've always assumed that it's only the super-freaky talented who really make it in life.

Howver my thinking has changed in recent times to the point where I've been asking: is it natural talent or hard work that brings success?


Well according to author and influential speaker Dan Pink, more often than not it's good old fashioned hard work that delivers success. Here's what he said in an interview with Copyblogger:

'Don’t worry about what other people think. And work harder. You might not believe it right now, but persistence almost always trumps talent.'
